1. Terms of using the CRA Check
The COMPLYD CRA Check generates responses automatically using AI. COMPLYD makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or regulatory acceptance of any response, scan result, or readiness assessment provided. Nothing generated by this website constitutes legal, compliance, or regulatory advice, nor does it constitute a conformity assessment, audit, certification, penetration test, or security assessment of any kind. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all content to ensure it meets applicable laws, regulations, and internal requirements.
By initiating a scan, you confirm that you are the owner of the specified domain or product, or that the owner has given you permission to have it scanned. You further confirm that you will not publish or disclose any scan results relating to third-party systems without the owner’s expressed permissions. You are solely responsible for obtaining these permissions and for compliance with all applicable laws.
You may not use the COMPLYD CRA Check or its scanning functions in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server or network, that interferes with any other party’s use of a service, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or network.
Scans are limited to information accessible from the outside at the time of the scan and reflect a point-in-time observation only. Results may be incomplete, cached, outdated or unavailable. Access may be throttled, blocked or discontinued at any time without notice.
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary or personal data to the COMPLYD CRA Check. Any information submitted will be deemed non-confidential.
The COMPLYD CRA Check, its scan results and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMPLYD shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or its results. You agree to indemnify and hold COMPLYD harmless from any claim arising from your use of the scanning functions or your failure to obtain the required authorisation.
